Progettazione impianto produzione biometano da biogas da fanghi di depurazione<\/h2>\n

Montana ha svolto la progettazione esecutiva per conto del costruttore (Suez) di un impianto di produzione media di 90 Smc\/h di biometano da 135 Smc\/h di biogas in ingresso al processo.<\/p>\n

La produzione di biometano a partire dal biogas consiste nella separazione del metano (CH4) dagli altri componenti gassosi presenti nel biogas, quali CO2 e altri composti presenti (H2S, H2O, Silossani), fino ai livelli richiesti dal Codice di Rete SNAM per l\u2019immissione nella rete di distribuzione del gas naturale.<\/p>\n

L\u2019impianto ha consentito al proponente di valorizzare il biogas prodotto dalla digestione anaerobica dei fanghi derivanti dalla sedimentazione primaria dell’attivit\u00e0 di depurazione delle acque reflue trattate all’interno dello stabilimento di Bresso gestito da CAP Holding. Il biometano ottenuto sostituisce assolutamente quello di origine fossile, contribuendo alla riduzione dei gas serra e pu\u00f2 sopperire alle esigenze di consumo nel territorio locale risparmiando sui costi del gas naturale importato dall\u2019estero.<\/p>\n
